The customer with the purchase accepts the following terms and conditions

 1.  PRODUCTS

B A T Í U S footwear are made in Italy in an artisan manner using only the best quality leather, treated with a natural process which create the softness and fleaxability. The possible flaw in colour guarantees the genuine use of the leather used

 2.  AVAILABILITY

The availability of the products could vary depending on the number of site users at any given time, when a purchase is made, the customer is immediately notified via email and refunded

 3.  SHIPPING

The products are shipped throughout

Italy via express courier Gls for next working day delivery at a cost of € 6,99

Europe (view countries allowed) via express courier DHL delivering between 1-2 working days at a cost of € 17,99.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

For purchases made before 11:00 am, the delivery is same-day; otherwise the following day.

The customer will receive, via email, a tracking code to monitor the purchase on-line.

Deliveries may be delayed in extra-ordinary conditions, dependent on the courier.

  4.  PAYMENTS

Payments must be made in the following manner as indicated on our website:

Paypal: through recognized payments services ( Mastercad, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Aura, Discover). To make a payment it is not mandatory to have a Paypal account.

Credit/prepaid card (Mastercad, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Aura)

  5.  REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In accordance with the European law, the customer has the right to reced from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product.

 

Refund procedure:

The customer within 14 days of receipt of the product must notify for a refund contacting our customer service.

In agreement with the customer, you will ship the product.

The packaging of the product can be made in any manner without any address on it.

The product, upon arrival in our offices, will be examined to ensure the non-wear of the product.

After the positive outcome of the product-control the customer will be refunded via the same method of payment used less € 17,99 for shipping costs

Exchange procedure:

The customer within 14 days of receipt of the product must notify for an exchange contacting our customer service to verify the cost and availability of another product.

In agreement with the customer, you will ship the product.

The packaging of the product can be made in any manner without any address on it.

The product, upon arrival in our offices, will be examined to ensure the non-wear of the product.

After the positive outcome of the product, the client will be contacted and must send €17,99 for product exchange and the eventual sum of difference in price, for the new product via payment chosen from our website.

Upon receipt of the payment, the new product will be shipped via DHL express courier
